I am confused by this survey. For several years, I was ordering a product directly from Alimed. When I tried this recently, and I in fact even called Alimed Customer Service, I was told that the toe crescents were no longer sold to consumers directly by Alimed. I would have to order from my Podiatrist. After research, I found I could order directly from Medex Supply - did so and was very satistied. MEDEX deserves the stars not Alimed.

Alimed has a wide selection of products that are hard to find elsewhere. The products that are found elsewhere are usually more expensive from Alimed than competitors.
