The person I chatted with - Ele - listened (via writing) to my questions/concerns. For my main request, she said that she would follow through by contacting other team members when they arrive tomorrow morning. Ele remained pleasant during our back-and-forth discussion. I appreciate the time spent with me, especially since it was after hours.

I was a bit apprehensive about taking the impressions. Harry was very good at making sure I understood the process and that relieved much of the stress. It was an easy procedure to do, and he was great about distractions when I had to wait for the impression to take. Overall, it was a very good experience. Thanks Harry!

I’ve been an Alignerco customer since 2019/20. Their aligners and retainers are inexpensive and well worth the prices! The customer service that I have received over the past 5 years has been excellent. Ele is an absolute delight to work with.
