I ordered and received the smileflex kit; I am awaiting video consult and instruction in creating impressions wherewith will be approved; The company may ask for a review before alignment, deceptive.

I received my impression kit for an upper night guard and it arrived in a timely manner. I was debating about the product for a while and received many follow-ups from Alignerco before I made a purchase. They helped answer questions, which was great. I did the free consultation for the impression and that helped ensure I was doing it correctly. The issue I am currently having is that a UPS return shipping label was sent to me, but the nearest UPS store is over an hour away. I have requested a Canada Post shipping label and was told this would not be a problem and the shipping team would send it via email within 24-48hours. I have been waiting over a week. I have followed up over chat on the Aligernco website and was directed to send an email to the team account. I still have not heard back so unfortunately, I haven't been able to ship my impression kit. It's frustrating that this delay is happening because I was really looking forward to my nightguard. I will update if I am able to ship the kit and how my experience with the night guard is if I get to that point. Update: Alignerco reached out and indicated I would be reimbursed for a Canada Post shipping label. I sent my impressions off and they've been delivered so now I am waiting on the reimbursement and arrival of my nightguard.

Good on payment plans. They should inform from the beginning about retainers and costs.

So far so good… customer service has been great to deal with. I was having some difficulty with the app photo image drop, but was quickly helped within their site chat function, and able to load the photos there. Will update my review as treatment plan evolves.
