Great Customer Support! Rob is great, he is really patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I communicate with Ele over email and chat but I wanted to call in and talk to a representative. Ele doesn't deal with phone calls but don't let that shy you away from speaking to a different rep. Rob picked up and resolved my situation in a fast and friendly manner.

I was a little skeptical about doing aligners by mail but the whole experience was great. I did the impressions and a few weeks later received my first batch of aligners. I’m now done with all 12 pairs and my teeth are perfectly straight. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the customer service.

Process was simple, and instructions were really easy to follow. This is my 4th week using it, and it has been amazing! I sleep with them and keep them all day on, except when eating. Easy to clean as well. You can feel the pressure on your teeth, but no pain at all. I can see a difference now, and can't wait to see how my teeth are going to look at the end. Oh! And their customer service is amazing!

Had my aligners in for nearly a week now & so far everything has ran smoothly with Alignerco. Very professional customer service from start to up-to now. Ele has been so very helpful. Can’t speak for the end result but I’m pretty sure I will be happy with my new smile!

Just excellent

I finally decided on Alignerco because they are the least expensive and I could do nighttime-only aligners. The only hiccup was when I finally purchased the aligners somehow they didn't send my impressions to get fabricated right away. They made up for this by including an extra set of free retainers. That satisfied me. In the end I was only a week or so behind. I got my aligners this week. They are perfect. They fit my teeth so well. I took pictures with them in and without and couldn't see a difference until I zoomed in. I can talk normally. I am not spitting. Saliva doesn't gather in them. They are comfortable. There is no pain. I am not tempted to take them out. They are super clear! They really are invisible. They are the least expensive option but for no reason I can see. If that changes I will come back and update my review.
