The set up for the video consultation was simple to set up with a link to your email. The impression kit came fast in the mail. The price is better than other companies can offer. There is also a 24/7 chat to help with any questions throughout the process. I like that they had a one time payment open for 3 aligners that you will need for a year.

The process of creating the molds made me nervous but Alan was amazing! He was so patient and walked me through every step. Top notch customer support!
