So far I’m having a very good experience. I would give them a five star but sometimes it’s hard to get through on the phone. I don’t know why the call doesn’t completely ring through but once you get somebody they’re super helpful and my teeth are almost straight and I’m only 3/4 of the way through so I will re-submit this review when I’m finished.

Alignerco's cost is very affordable and you can use it from home without appointments. The night version of the aligners was a convenient option.

I will provide a synopsis of my journey so far as I am into my fourth tray. I ordered the impression package in late December of 2021 and received the impression package in the first week of January. I took the impressions, and contacted Sam at customer service cleared with Sam that they were adequate and were waiting for what I thought would be a full set of Aligners. What I ended up getting was one set of Aligners, I was not told if they were the first set or anything else. I called the helpline and Danny said they were just to see if the sizing was correct. I then asked if this was indeed the first set as I felt pressure on the teeth so it felt like the process had begun. Danny instructed me to wear them until the full package arrived. I did, not knowing if the first set was doing anything for me or not. It took a month for the next package of Aligners to come in. This time I only had 5 arrive. My treatment is for 15 sets, so I was not thrilled about the method of delivery. The first three sets fit well with no issues and I could and can see the progress, but the fourth set is now in and the lower tray does not even feel that it is having an impact. I used the chat function to try to find out what is happening. I could not get a solid answer. They asked for more pictures and I sent those to them. They keep telling me not to worry, but I am concerned that my progress on the lower teeth will regress. Danny promised me not to worry and if additional Aligners are required at the end of the treatment, they will ensure that they will provide them at NO ADDITIONAL cost to me, as the program is intended to make your teeth straight. He stated some programs are longer and some are shorter. I place only a 4-star review at its point due to the frustration. of the most recent tray not fitting properly. I will update this from to time to time...But so far I feel the cost of this is well worth the value. Notice to anyone buying, call the customer service line and do not waste your time on the chat function. EDIT April 5 2022 I am still waiting for my second "batch" of Aligners as they only sent me the first 5 sets of trays to start. I paid in full up front. You really must push the customer service team if you want answers as they seem like they do not really care about you after you paid. Edit April 14 2022 I have the "next" set of Aligners. I will start the 6th set on April 19.

Considering the price difference of alignerco versus any other aligner treatment, it was a good experience overall. They do a good job of following up and keeping yourself accountable to tray changes, this was the biggest thing for me, not falling off schedule. I don't know if it had to do with my initial molds or not, but the aligners never fit my teeth perfectly. They STILL did the job in getting my teeth where I wanted them to be, I felt them working, BUT there was always a bit too much plastic on one of the molars that would poke my gums (I was instructed to trim) and always extra space/plastic above my front bottom teeth and below my front top teeth. Despite reporting back each and every time (with photo/video of the excess space I couldn't snap into place or fit my teeth to) the response was always "bite down on your chewy's and the gap will close over time". This did nothing, I always had a gap. Results turned out fine, the ONLY negative was I was a bit embarrassed to wear my aligners because the gap made them fairly noticeable. I was a bit jealous because I had two other family members use the aligners at the same time and their aligners fit perfect (I couldn't tell they were wearing them). This is quite honestly just one of the limitations to a online/scalable/affordable dentistry alternative, I would be stupid to not consider. Because alignerco does not involve in person dentist consults, its a positive, they are able to provide more people around the world with aligners, and at a much quicker, cheaper cost. Obviously there are going to be limitations to what they can do over email, photo and video. For the most part they will provide the majority perfect service, but because the "consultation" is limited to email there's always going to be those weird use cases in any business they might not be able to provide the same solution to that a dentist could simply because the dentist can SEE the teeth, SEE the problem and make revisions. This is where the difference comes in, in terms of if you went with Invisalign or something more convenient/affordable. NEVERTHELESS I literally cannot complain I paid somewhere around 1300 CAD to get my teeth almost completely straight, it worked, they answered my questions, they followed up continuously to keep me on track. I'm happy with the result and I got more than what I paid for. This is probably the BEST option if you've been wanting to correct your teeth and BUDGET is the thing stopping you.

I just received my first set of aligners. It took much longer to get then I was told BUT everything is taking longer to make and ship nowadays. The whole entire time Ele was very helpful and quick to respond and answered every question I had. The aligners fit perfect and I'm so excited to start this journey. Thankful they have employees like Ele to help every step of the way and ease any anxiety I have about the process. Be back in 6 months to share my results.

I shopped around for a while before I chose Alignerco for my at home invisible aligners. I waited and also was able to receive a discount that allowed me to choose the more expensive system that worked with wear overnight only. They currently have a good discount available for the holidays. The process was well explained from the beginning and I was Walked through the process of obtaining the molds needed. The kit was sent and because I have growths in my mouth called tori we had several communications and They didn't rush me; we did one mold at a time to make sure I would be a candidate. I was assigned a team and communication was very good. If the person wasn't able to answer the question, they were able to get me in touch with someone who was able to answer all my questions. The day came when I was given the projection of how my teeth would look during the whole process and after. It is really neat how they can show you the projection in all views. The frontal view looked great, Unfortunately because of my severe underbite that I had as a child returned, moving my teeth with aligners instead of actual braces will leave two small spaces between my second and third upper teeth. The only way to move my teeth without any spaces is to have regular braces. The team was patient with me and waited for me to discuss this with my dentist who said this wouldn't be a good option for me. To be true to their word, they agreed to refund me fully. The customer service has been great. I will admit I am very bummed this didn't work out for me as I am unable to afford regular braces and this was not only the most affordable system out there, but they had very good reviews and certainly lived up to them. I would recommend this system to anyone who needed braces. I would encourage anyone who like me had their teeth move back after 35 years; to not wait and do this but do the aligners as soon as they see them moving.
