I had a lot of trouble even getting a video session scheduled. Once I finally was able to meet with a rep, I had trouble understanding (noise in background) what he was asking of me. I also think it is strange that they ask you do a review while they sit there and watch. Not super cool

*UPDATE 8/29/25* They finally got back to me and are sending a free new plan. Glad they responded — I’ll update to 5 stars if the new plan works out. ————-————————— AlignerCo is an absolute scam. I paid for two full plans, wasted thousands of dollars, and got ZERO results. The aligners don’t even fit properly, they fall apart, and the treatment is impossible to follow. When I complained, instead of fixing their own defective product, they had the nerve to ask me for more money. And then? They just ghosted me completely. No help, no replacements, no refund — nothing. This company is a fraud. They sell you junk, take your money, and disappear. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT trust AlignerCo. I wish I had never given them a single cent

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid my money back in January and now August 2025 still no moulds or aligners. Was so unhappy!!!! James their Customer Service specialist worked to resolve the issues and I did finally receive all my aligners in fall 2026. I must say once received they fit perfect and much better construction quality of materials than Smile Direct Club. On step 10 of 18 and looking forward to finally achieving the smile I was hoping for!

We haven’t received the product as of yet but we are about 2-3 months into the process. The initial mandatory zoom meeting was booked out well over a month but the molds come pretty fast. So you have to keep up with them for a month until your appointment is scheduled. When we finally got into our zoom meeting, they advocate forgot to switch it over from what I’m guessing is there other company “aligner32” , which had I known they were the same company, aligner32 was cheaper. It took several days for them to respond to the modifications I was inquiring about. Looking forward to seeing how well the actual product works

So far the process has been fine. I order my Aligners awhile ago but have had to do the impressions kit multiple times. Eventually they had a “senior associate” lead my session and I got workable impressions. I mailed them back yesterday, but got an email saying they will review and determine if they are workable. We will see.

Everything has taken so long! I did my original order on Feb 10 and it has been over 3 months and I still don't have my aligners. The ones I sent in they weren't happy with and now I am waiting to get an appt for a video session to re-do my impressions. By the time I get that and finally send these back, it will have been 4 months and I still don't have any aligners....
