A little hard to understand but overall a good experience.

I chose the nighttime aligner set but when I was priced out I was given the price for the daytime aligners without knowing. I felt this was misleading and put me on the hook for another $200 or so dollars since I had already provided an initial payment. The initial video call was not super helpful Aaron told me I the impressions were wrong but not very helpful with how to avoid doing them incorrectly again. Since I had to use the Large size tray I had to use x1.5 the impression material making it impossible for me to retry my impressions. I was shipped more impression material for free, but only after I received an empty envelope resulting in me waiting another week or so after the fact since there was a shipping error. By the time I was able to schedule another video call Aaron still just seems to be trying to get the call going and wasn’t giving me too many pointers. I ended up describing the issue from the initial impressions and he then gave me some good advice and were able to successfully do the impressions on the first try both top and bottom. This process while being a little cumbersome has still overall been positive and the customer service has been very good. The price difference compared to big brands is also astronomical, I’m excited to see the results and am overall grateful for this experience.

Far more affordable than regular dentist process, I scanned 3D image at dentist but I was so surprised at final cost that insurance doesn’t cover. And I just wait for actual Aligner at home. Don’t have to go dentist.

Overall good experience so far. The only thing I would mention is the delay in responding through the company app. Generally there would be days before receiving a response.

There are less user-friendly than, say, getting aligners at the dentist, but if you’re not looking for absolute perfection, and if you’re willing to be patient waiting on the process to get started, it was a great bargain and solution. I’m happy with the results even though my smile isn’t 100% perfect.
