Excellent coach: technical, caring and motivating I trained with Alex for 5 sessions to refine my technique and adapt my strength training, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Alex is very friendly, a great listener, and fully invested in every exercise. He’s always pushing to do better, and he brings that same energy to every session. His technical advice was spot on: it helped me make real progress and even removed some mental blocks I had around certain movements. I’d highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to improve their technique, build confidence in the gym, and train smarter. Thank you, Alex!

Alex was so much fun to train with! He really knows his stuff, gets the best out of you, and brings such positive energy to every session. He helped me put on some solid muscle over the time we trained together too. Just a genuinely great guy, highly recommend!

I do not meet many people with my enthusiasm and passion. My goodness I've met such a person in Alex. I reached out to him to help build a new me at 56 years old on full power from day one. I have never felt in such good hands. He is making a massive difference to me physically and emotionally. Don't mess with other PTs. Call Alex.

I’ve been training with Alex for a little while now and I can honestly say he makes the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. What I really like is how clearly he explains everything. He doesn’t overcomplicate training or make you feel like you need to understand a million things before getting started. He tells you exactly what to do, how to do it, and why it matters. He’s also really good at finding the right balance between making training fun and actually pushing you. He knows when you can do more, and somehow gets you right to that limit without making it feel miserable 😂 Another thing I really appreciate is how personalised his approach is. It’s not just a generic training plan. He takes into account your lifestyle, your goals, your level and what is actually realistic for you, which makes it much easier to stay consistent. The app is also a huge plus because everything is in one place: the workouts, progress tracking, daily tasks, nutrition guidance and check-ins. And the messaging support is great too. That accountability really helps you stay consistent instead of slowly falling off the plan. I’ve already seen really great results, but more than that, I feel stronger, more confident in the gym and much more comfortable trying things I probably wouldn’t have done on my own. If you’re looking for someone who will give you structure, keep you accountable, explain things simply and actually make you want to stick to the plan, I’d 100% recommend Alex.

I came in with no gym experience and very little confidence, but Alex made me feel comfortable from the start. He explains things clearly, is very attentive, and really helped me feel more confident in the gym. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend him!

Alex is the real deal. He truly cares about your results, and will go the extra mile with you to make it happen. Don’t be fooled by his age - he’s been living and breathing physical- and self development from a very young age. Also highly recommended to train your teenage sons!!

Alex is a great coach, i learnt so much from him and gained heaps of strength. He’s so good to talk to and made my experience so much better. Throughout the year of being with him made my fitness life as best as it could get.

Alex is the 1st PT i ever had and the experience was great. Alex is really good at motivating you to reach your goals and the depth of his knowledge is unparalleled. Highly recommonded
