poor follow up I have purchased a pair of boots on "pre-order" condition. In web-site says "it may take up to 3 weeks". One month passed, i did not get the items and nor clear dead line. I had to follow up myself on the delay and ask questions. The dead line has no dates, all i got is excuse that they are too busy at the moment. The product has high value which is not matching the service. I regret that i placed my order. Please respond by e-mail with the proper information. Thank you

Bought a pair of jeans from them on Instagram and returned immediately. They received item over 3 weeks ago and still have not credited my credit card. This, despite my emailing them and them telling me it takes up to 10 business days to receive a credit.
