I have tried to contact you several times because i need a return label for one of my two pairs, without success, This is not acceptable service.

Rude impolite staff behind the customer service, I returned my sunglasses because they where not straight on my head. I wanted to keep it for 50% discount. Not possible. I sended it back with dhl express. Never heard of them again. Didn't got my refund either!

I bought a pair of ankle boots and although I live in Italy and they are made in Italy, they arrived after about two weeks. Unfortunately, they were flawed. After about two more weeks I received another pair of boots and incredibly, these were also flawed. In production, quality control is a very important factor, whether the brand has a history or not. No history, no quality. What remains of a brand, then? Paradoxically, only absurd prices remain for this kind of product. The customer service, if not solicited, is almost absent and inaccurate. I will NOT buy from this brand again. I'm sorry for my broken English.

Love the shoes and jeans

Ordered almost a month ago and still haven't received my order. UPS is now showing that my order has finally been picked up, but this has been a very frustrating process. There was no indication that the product I ordered is on backorder or it made-to-order so the expectation was not set for this. I haven't received my product yet, I'm sure I will love my boots, but the ordering and shipping process for this item has been terrible.
