We were early adopters of this promising technology. Our system did not work despite multiple attempts with customer service representatives. We were unable to get this up and running and they did not provide a refund. Do not purchase this system!

Was one of the first customers. During my two year use the service was full of glitches and bugs. My property manager and I could not take the constant false alarms and notifications that the internet was off then on. We shut it off and asked to stop service. Now I have a $400 bill for service this year. I let them know I do not have a use for the service and on the day of the renewal they could not give me my money back, instead charging me a full year and asking me for proof of my cancelation.

There is no phone number and no refund. There is no way to contact anyone by phone. Other reviews must be paid (check how they are written). My experience was quite poor: I paid the highest yearly subscription (220), and they sent the noise monitor to the wrong (non-existent) address. When I asked to send it to the correct address, they asked me to pay for another subscription and they would give me 50% off on a subscription I already paid. They refused a refund and a did not respond to subscription cancellation. Nightmare. *** Take a look at the rude response and you will understand what I have to deal with. Still stays the same: no device, apparently sent to non existent address (no proof of delivery), no service, no support phone number, no refund of any kind. Nightmare continues.

Hello Milo, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. I have reviewed your support ticekt and order, and our records show that the device was sent to the exact address you provided and confirmed as delivered by the postal service. Unfortunately, we cannot control the fact that you did not provide a complete or accurate shipping address. We understand that people make mistakes, and I see that our staff offered you a 50% extension on your subscription for a new device, which you declined. We cannot replace hardware at no cost as these devices are expensive. Had the device been returned, we would have happily sent it back to a new address for you. I'd also like to clarify misleading statements on the subscription charge. As our team explained to you, the subscription renewal has been disabled for this order. It always saddens us to have an unhappy customer, and our offer for a new device at a discounted rate still applies should you change your mind. Should you require any assistance, please contact us again at any time.
