Have used this 800mg. roll-on for several years. It helps my back when needed & a roll-on is the easiest - rather than a creme. Suggestion - for mailing unbreakable containers maybe use a padded envelope instead of a box with lots of paper - eco friendly?

Came on time and nicely packaged...unfortunately it didn't provide any relief.
