Alaskan car rental was an excellent experience! We chose to pick up our car in the Anchorage city center so we didn't have to go all the way to the airport after getting off our train from Denali. This was a quick uber ride (less than 2 miles). Though our train was delayed, they easily made accommodations for us to pick up the car after hours. Upon return, they gave us a free ride back to the airport with no waiting. I always prefer to give my money to the locals and this family is running a business that they love. Spend less with top notch service from locals who care using Alaskan Car Rental.

The pickup and drop-off service was very good... but they imposed their own car rental rate while I was already committed—and doing it over the phone—leaving me no way to back out or look for another option. On top of that, they charged a security deposit that has not yet been refunded. You have to be careful, as they force you to take the insurance policy *they* want.

Easy to find the location. Picked the vehicle up from a lock box, that went very well. I would rent from them again.

The check in was fantastic. The man, didn’t get his name, who greeted me and took my info and showed me my car was super nice. Clean car, easy to find and easy drop off as well. Highly recommend.

From start to finish this was a really good experience renting a one way car from Anchorage to Seward. The vehicle was clean, ready when promised and worth the drop off fee so we could see more of Alaska before our trip. I will rent from them again and do only a car trip and skip the cruise.

Good experience with one-way car rental from Whittier to Anchorage. Driver was waiting for us nearby when we got off the ship. No hassles upon return. Would use again.

We picked up the car in Whittier after our cruise and drove around the state for a few days! The pick up was really convenient! When we dropped off the car, we planned to uber to the airport however the owner gave us a ride free of charge! It was a really nice added benefit! Great place, will rent again on our next trip!
