fast service, friendly help

After your initial purchase, the follow up service leaves much to be desired

Our representative, Liz, has been very helpful. She has answered all of our questions. She is knowledgable about the Alaskan cruises as she has done eleven. My only request would be a more thorough itenerary. We want to fill every port with excursions and fun, but being new to cruising we don't really know what to expect. A simple statement saying how many free hours in each port would help. We are very much looking forward to our 14 day land and sea cruise!

We booked our cruise over the phone because we had many questions, though wewere looking at the information on the website as we talked. The agent was very helpful and answered our questions tour satisfaction.
