Really easy to work with, responsive and right to the point with excellent follow up

I've been using Alarm Grid for 8+ years now and they've been an awesome company to deal with. Recently I added some new sensors to my Lynx system and stopped getting alerts via total connect. I didn't realize that I had to resync the panel with the TC app, but a quick phone call and Sophie was great in diagnosing the problem and helping with the easy fix. Highly recommend them.

After installing and programming my Lyric controller, I ordered the alarm grid monitoring service and within no time I got my system associated and activated with the alarm grid service thanks to Dylan and the Alarm Grid team.
