Hi Chia, thank you for letting us know, and we're sorry for the confusion! We never want cancelling to feel difficult. We've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription, and your refund has already been processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement. We're also sharing your feedback with our team so we can make the cancel option much clearer in the app. Thanks for giving Akiflow a try! 💙

Hi Holly, thanks for the honest feedback. I get why this was frustrating, especially reaching out while the payment was still pending and not getting a resolution. Let's see if we can sort it out. Could you email [email protected] with your account details and the date the payment went through? I'll make sure someone takes a proper look at what happened.

Hi Nikola, if a refund was granted by our team, it should have been processed on our end. Sometimes bank transfers can take additional time to reflect. Please contact us at [email protected] with your account details so we can check the status of your refund and confirm everything went through. Thank you for your patience!

Hi! We're sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to address the claims made here, as they do not reflect our policies. Akiflow does not withhold refunds or mislead customers. Our support team processes all eligible refund requests in accordance with our refund policy, and any communication from our team is honest and accurate. If a refund was confirmed, it was initiated on our end. In some cases, processing times can vary depending on the payment provider or bank, which may cause delays outside of our control. The only scenario where a refund may be eligible under our policy but cannot be executed is when the invoice is too old to be processed by our payment system. As of today, this may apply to invoices from 2023 or 2024, which unfortunately cannot be processed technically, regardless of eligibility. That said, since we're unable to identify your account through this platform, we'd kindly ask you to reach out to us at [email protected] so we can look into your specific case and help you out. The Akiflow Support Team

Hi James, thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry to hear this. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we take billing concerns very seriously. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an unexpected charge without a prior reminder or invoice. While renewal notifications are sent via email, we recognize these can sometimes go unnoticed, and we want to make this right. We'd like to personally look into your case. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your account details, and our team will treat this as a priority. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving. The Akiflow Team

Hi Wang, thanks for sharing your experience. We’re sorry for any confusion around the trial and billing. Our 7-day trial requires a payment method so the subscription can begin automatically unless canceled, but we never intend for anyone to feel misled. Please email [email protected] so we can review your account details and help resolve this quickly, including any refund options applicable to your situation. Your feedback helps us improve.
