The customer experience with Akicon was excellent! I purchased a custom hood and from the beginning each person worked with me to ensure that I was ordering the correct size, that I understood the product features, and that I would be happy with my product. Everyone was so helpful and patiently answered my questions, sent photos and drawings, modified the size - whatever was needed to enable me to place my order. Delivery was as expected and the quality of the hood is excellent. The product and customer service exceeded my expectations, and I would strongly recommend Akicon to anyone!

Update 9/15/26. Since posting this review and going back and forth I finally told them I’ve done everything they’ve asked and to send a new faucet which they did. The faucet has an internal leak in the brass manifold that can’t be accessed by the consumer. It’s a bad design. While we eventually were sent a new faucet it took almost two weeks without. This review is related to their warranty support. The faucet was self-installed without issue and worked well for awhile. Out of the blue, the flexible line that supplies the faucet neck fell off, pouring water into our cabinets. The line is connected with a flexible hose that is screwed-in deep inside the faucet body (no access/poor design). Because of this, there is no way to effectively re-tighten the hose to connect it again - even with a small o-ring it has. Long story short, I am getting a run-around with warranty support whose instructions I have followed to a “T” and the line is still leaking because YOU CANNOT TIGHTEN IT. We’ve been without a sink for almost a week and this is unacceptable because of their poor design. They have admitted all you can do is HAND TIGHTEN the line and hope for the best, but it still leaks! I have demanded new faucet but they want more and more videos and pictures OF THE SAME ISSUE I HAVE ALREADY SENT.

We purchase a custom made copper hood for over an island, two copper sinks, and spigots from Akicon.....the whole experience was overwhelming great! Some how my contractor lost one of the custom sink drains and Akicon sent us another one immediately....at no charge - unheard of in today's world. The whole experience was absolutely amazing!!!

We had been looking for an antique copper kitchen faucet with right hue for awhile with no luck until we found your company. We then found the antique copper ring for the garbage disposal to match. Also, I had inadvertently entered my old ship to address. I replied to my confirmation email asking to have it sent to my new address and your people responded to that request. Overall, great interaction.

Range is absolutely beautiful!
