Just a horrible company. Ordered a new refrigerator to be delivered in about a month. Two days later the deal on the house I was buying fell through so I called to cancel. They charged me nearly $1400 in “restocking” for an item they certainly had not pulled from stock. Then they gave me the runaround and ultimately ghosted me. They’re just bad people. Stay away.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish

We had some problems with their installation partners but Estelle gave me the best customer service possible to try and resolve the issue. She was fantastic!

absolute garbage company - do not order from them. Website says part is in stock - 3 weeks later no part arrives. Emails go unresponded to. Customer service passes me around on the phone. "oh its in our warehouse, not sure why it hasn't shipped." Then the following week, 4 weeks after it was order, another guy tells me its back ordered and they have no ETA. This part is for a downdraft - holding up the entire kitchen install. Backorder would have been useful info at time of order.

I walked in to the showroom on 13th Avenue in Brooklyn to return an unopened connection kit. The receptionist was very helpful. She contacted Glenda in Customer Service, who quickly approved the refund. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

AJ Madison is a horrible company. They sold us a dishwasher and charged $200 for installation and didn’t connect it right and it flooded my kitchen. It then took them 4 weeks and at least 20 phone calls to finally send the right person to fix it. They are total scam artists. In addition they charged $50 for their certificate of insurance which my building requires. I’ve never been charged for that by any company for any kind of delivery. They are disgraceful.

Great sales support and timely delivery coordination.
