AitocReviews of aitoc.com

I've had the same dreadful experience purchasing Grouped Product Options for Magento 2 which they stated compatible with Hyva theme. Results incompatibility, the extension didn't even add properly simple products onto the basket. I created a ticket 2 days ago and no answers, they don't even bother to answer. I am wondering if this company is now simply a scam just getting the money and not providng any work. Stay way from them.

Be careful from this extension and their customer support. Since I bought, I had Tons of issues and Bugs, it doesn't work properly with magento 2. after long period of being patience and waiting for this extension to work as it should be and described, which it didnt. their support of refunding and compensating simple customer which just wanted this extension to work as described, they kept stubborn on their behalf and couldn't give simple refund and compensate as any professional company. very narrow look into customer expirince. be careful don't buy ..

Only purchased one module from Aitoc (so far), which I'm really grateful for - it was the only one on the market that offered that specific functionality we needed for our B2B Magento 2 store. I had a little hiccup post installation via composer but the support team helped me swiftly and fixed the issue.

Great product and service. The Google optimiser did more than I thought it would to improve my site speed. Service was fault less.

Helpful and kind support that solved a minor issue with the extension i bought fast and professionally. I can safely recommend Aitoc to other Magento merchants.

Great knowledge and quick turaround.

Great support

Had a small issue with an extension on our store and support went above and beyond to help fix the issue. Highly recommend!
