Delivery needs work

I signed up for the package and uploaded my pictures. I never received them. Supposedly they take 3 hours, but 18 hours later I see no sign of them. Yes, I looked in my spam and junk mail folders. I emailed customer support and received no response. I am wondering if this is some sort of scam. UPDATE: Customer support did get back to me, but long after I needed to submit the photos. Customer service provided me the link to access my photos. However, I did not unsubscribe from emails as is suggested in the response. I waited for my email and it didn't arrive in my inbox or junk mail or any other email folder, so I had to wait for customer service. This sounds like a common occurrence so my suggestion is to beware.

Hi Sherry, As mentioned in our correspondence, your order was processed correctly, and the results were dispatched as promised. The reason why you were not receiving the email with the results is that you unsubscribed from all the emails coming from us. Essentially, the system sends them, but they never get to your inbox. This might be automatically done by your email provider. As a result, your messages were flagged as spam by our system and the tickets were never created. Unfortunately, we do not routinely check our spam folder. We regret this oversight. I'm glad that the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We look forward to serving you better in the future. Best wishes, Chiara, AI SuitUp Team UPDATE: Hi Sherry, as mentioned in my previous reply, it was not necessarily you unsubscribing, but we've noticed that some email providers may automatically unsubscribe you or filter out our emails. TO CUSTOMERS: If you haven't received a confirmation email after submission, this could be the case. To ensure you receive all our communications, please add [email protected] to your list of trusted email addresses and after doing that get in touch with us if you don't receive your orders so that we can properly assist.
