Airport Shuttle of PhoenixReviews of airportshuttleofphoenix.com

I can’t say anything good about Airport Shuttle except they got us to the airport and home. Our trip to the airport should have been a door-to-door trip with no other passengers. I called 6 hours before our next day flight. They said the driver called in. I know things happen but they basically said that you take a shuttle with other passengers or no trip to the airport. The driver got there looking like he just woke up and needed help putting our suit cases in the unmarked van. We were concerned for his health; he was breathing so hard. He was not what I expected for a driver representing Airport Shuttle. We had not choice but to agree even though we had paid extra for the door-to-door transportation. On the return to Sky Harbor, our door-to-door driver did not know the airport. We were instructed to go to a certain terminal and door number. We did and asked her for an ETA half hour before. She was there but on the other side of the airport. We told her that we were at the Airport Shuttle instructions. Terminal 3 North, Door 3. She had no idea where that was. After a half hour of her driving around, she finally showed up in her personal car. She did not represent what I thought was a professional company image and her car was even worse. We didn’t feel comfortable driving in her own car that personal items everywhere, dirty inside and out, dog hair and just a very tired vehicle. If this is how Airport Shuttle runs their business with vehicles not marked, unprofessional looking or letting door to door drivers use their own crappy vehicles. No thanks! I wrote them expressing more concerns than I wrote here. Their response was - Unfortunately, because you “took” the transportation and did not cancel the ride, we are unable to give you a Refund. We are a small Family business and we can’t afford to reimburse a ride that was taken. Literally, what choice did we have! Departure was in 6 hours at 9:30 at night and the door-to-door driver home was just unacceptable all the way around. Call an UBER to get home after I had paid for door-to-door service from Airport Shuttle. We will never use their service again and will not recommend them!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from using them! Don’t trust them. They have no customer service or integrity!

Terrible. We booked a private ride for 10a pickup, paying over $200 for two of us. We were asked if we would do a shared ride at 9:30 instead. We said yes because it was our only option. At 8:45, the driver called to say he was arriving right then, which was 45 minutes before the rescheduled 9:30 time. We rushed out the door to find that we were in a small SUV that had every seat full and we had to sit in very uncomfortable, close quarters in a back seat with carry on bags in our laps for 2 hours. This was not the service we paid for. Not to mention, The other two people we were sharing the car with had also initially arranged for private rides as well. Now to address the rude behavior of the driver. No apologies for being 45 minutes early and after we were assured there would be plenty of room for all luggage (I doublechecked when texted about a shared ride), the driver basically tossed luggage into the back seat with us and said there was no room, so we wound up with luggage on our laps, making the cramped conditions even worse. I emailed the company my concerns and they said that since service was already rendered, they would not offer a refund but instead offered a discount code. A discount code is useless as I will never use this company again.

With 30 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup I was notified that they could not fulfill my ride This left me scrambling and nearly missed my flight (Not a great way to start a day) I had to scramble and had to pay $170.00 due to last minute cancellation This is not my first 2nd or 3rd screw up with Company But it certainly is my last What a EFF*N joke To any one reading this stay as far away from this screwed up Company

45 min late. Reserved for 3:30….arrived at 4:15. Hope they are not late for the booked ride back to the airport. Don’t want to miss my flight.

This was hands down the worst transfer experience I’ve ever had, and completely unacceptable — especially when traveling with kids. On the way from Phoenix to Sedona, while the driver himself was very kind, the car broke down twice in the middle of the highway in 110° desert heat with my two children in the back seat. After the second shutdown, I told the driver I wasn’t comfortable continuing and suggested calling Uber or asking for another vehicle. He called the company, and shockingly, the mechanic already knew the issue with the car — and instructed him not to exceed 65 mph. Meaning they knowingly put a faulty car on the road with passengers, including young kids, in the middle of the Arizona desert. Completely irresponsible and dangerous. I thought it couldn’t get worse, but on the return transfer back to Phoenix, the AC in the vehicle was barely working. With three people in the back seat, we were sweating through the entire ride in yet another 110° day. This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is beyond unacceptable. If you care about safety, reliability, and basic comfort — especially if traveling with family — avoid this company at all costs.

Canceled my ride from Tucson to Phoenix sky harbor by email with only an hour’s notice. No call. No text. I only realized it was canceled when they no showed my pickup. Darn near missed my flight and they refuse to give me a full refund on the round trip service I booked. Stay away from this company!!

I was charge twice for the service (first online through my son, and then in cash from me to the driver)and no one responds to my request to investigate the matters .

Outstanding customer service reliable service taking us to airport. We loved the experience we had with the driver
