Quick, easy, well laid out

Fair price, car was out front waiting for us and had a very minimal wait time for pick up.

Waited over 30 minutes for a pickup at the airport. After waiting 30 minutes, I called the office to make sure I was at the proper pickup location and the employee answering the phone was rude. Also I had a coupon for $3.50 off per day which was not honored. When I inquired why the same rude employee had a dumb look on his face, shrugged his shoulders and dismissed me by addressing the person behind me. The drivers were friendly and helpful.

I was very unhappy to find that when I arrived at the lot I was told to go down the road about 6.5 miles to a different lot. Why make a reservation if the lot is full and you get sent elsewhere? When I voiced by dissatisfaction to the gentleman on the desk I was told to and I quote "relax" and said that MCcoy Park and Fly would honor my Groupon. It may have been only 6.5 miles down the road but in Orlando traffic is was more than his 5 minutes. I will say that MCcoy was very nice and helpful but my reservation was at Best Rate and I will never use them again.

Fast and easy to make my parting reservation. When out flights were changed, we received a quick response about the changes in our parking times.

Timing shuttle service and car was ready for pickup on time. Good value.

Excellent service! Timely, professional, friendly .... all with great prices! I won’t go anywhere else!
