Hi Maria, Thank you for your review! We are glad you liked your order and hope to see you soon at our online shop. Happy holidays!
I came across this product on social media and loved the look. I placed the order, but chose the customize option to include my name, address, etc. on the back. I think the website said to add 5 days to the order for the customization but my order arrived very fast. That said, I was quite impressed with the finish and quality of these tags. Not to mention that after using them once, my luggage was easy to spot coming down the carousel. Great looking product, great quality and great seller!

Ordered a customised tote bag to be delivered to the Canary Islands at a cost of €6 postage. Took about 5 weeks to arrive but had no custom fees to pay as sent with Correos and I absolutely love it!! Miles better than I expected! Will be ordering again soon

Hi Linda, Thanks for your review! We are glad to know you liked our product. As per customs fee, any international shipment is subject to customs fees. They are stipulated by the destination country’s authorities, according to its policy. But we make sales frequently to help our customers save on the products, though.
If you live in Europe DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ve had the worst experience ever. I placed an order to them in early September and still no sign of them. Just STAY AWAY. The worst business I know. :(

Hi Ariadni, As our Customer Services department has informed, you haven't received your order because it is with your local customs and they require payment of a fee to process it. Any international shipment is subject to customs fees. They are stipulated by the destination country's authorities, according to its policy. Once you pay the fee, your package will be processed through customs, and you will receive it. If you refuse to pay for it, the parcel will be sent back to us, and as soon as we receive it, we will provide a refund.
