Have had AP both 2 and upgraded free of charge when had trouble with AP2, then numerous issues with AP3 which can only be resolved via e mails. The latest problem unable to launch or open the app, they’ve given instructions how to resolve which were a bit beyond my PC knowledge where I called in a computer repair service and payed for and now still not resolved and no further attempts by Squirrels to fix issue and they’ve seemed to of just given up. Unfortunately so have I at this point and am looking for an alternative app. Great when it works, frustrating when it doesn’t. Update- they are now still attempting to fix the issue, evaluating logs, etc, they HAVE NOT given up yet and are still offering solutions.
