Ordered 50 days ago. No customer service! Will not respond to many emails. No phone number to call. Never received product!!!! Beware of this site!!!!

I ordered and received this product. It is a piece of junk! Almost no suction and most accessories don’t fit. I put in a request for a refund, but haven’t had heard anything. A definite scam!

Don’T waste your money on this product that does not perform as indicated. The vacuum/blower has no air suction or pressure. It can barely pick up or blow ashes. After requesting a return authorization number 3 times via email, I still have received a response to my requests to return this non performing useless product!

Joke is on me! Despite advertising FAST worldwide shipping! it took 45 days to arrive. What a piece of junk. It won't even pick up a cat hair off a hardwood floor. Utter garbage. Probably 10 cents worth of plastic and little else. Never again will I fall for an ad without first going to Trustpilot or Reddit for a verified review.

No customer service response after 3 tries! I've requested return and refund instructions, but NOTHING! By the time the product arrived it was no longer needed or wanted. TOTAL SCAM!

The product is inferior. It does not act as demonstrated. As far as suction power, it did not pick up a light paper napkin from a few inches away as shown in the demonstration. As far as blowing power, my hairdryer is stronger. I do not recommend this product at any price, but especially at the $100 price point.

Ordered items 3 weeks before christmus delivered last week try to call, send emails and no response

NY needs to investigate this company! I wrote customer service 4 times that I had not received my $119 vac ordered Dec 21 Have heard zero from them. Called there 888 number. It's always busy, then hangs up on me. THIEVES FOR SURE
