This is my second review for Airdog USA because I am completely happy with their customer support. I also want to emphasize they stand ready to provide exceptional customer service and “Walk the Talk.” Karina and the R&D team helped me troubleshoot and repair my Air Dog 8 from home. It took a few weeks going back and forth via email to repair the unit, but it was worth it. My Airdog is running like new from the impressive support provided by Karina and her team. They also helped me save hundreds of dollars. Thank you very much for your friendly, technical expertise, and professional customer service. This has been the best support I have received to date. I called support and got a recording and thought, here we go no responce and a bad service experience to come. To my surprize Katrina called me back and left a message on my phone. I returned the call and got Katrina on the phone this time. She walked me through the process of checking my X5 Air Purifier out. I had no lights and no power. She told me it would need to be sent in to get it checked out. I asked how much is this repair thinking it may be more than half of my original cost 6 years ago to determine whether to move forward. She then told me if I left a review she would send me a label and I could drop it off at UPS. It would be sent to repair in OH and they would repair it, test it for 48 hrs and return it to me free of charge and if it could not be repaired they would send me a refurbished working unit at no charge. My only obligation is to pack it up and drop it at UPS drop off. I was on speaker phone so my wife could here the conversation. When I hung up the phone I went to my wife and we both said WOW did that really happen...this never has happened to me before and I will be age 70 in November. We were both blown away by the company standing behind a six year old product when most companies build products to have a life shorter than 5 years. I am 86 years old and reasonably healthy, but for the past 50 years, I have had an allergy condition. I bought quite a lot of air cleaners; one was similar to Airdog, but it wasn't washable. These Airdogs are, without question, the final answer for pollen allergy. Since I bought Airdogs, I may live a long time. I appreciate Airdogs very much.

I really love the sound of this. And how well it collects the dust in the air and the customer service agent that i'm dealing with is fantastic.

I’ve been using my Airdog X3 for about two years and have really enjoyed having it in my home. Recently, I reached out to customer service regarding servicing the unit, and the process has been very helpful and straightforward so far. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my Airdog experience.

I first noticed Airdog when I saw their air purifiers used in clinics and hospitals throughout Japan. When it came time to buy one for my home, I remembered the brand and decided to give it a try. It has been an essential item in my house ever since! I keep my cat’s litter box in my study, where I spend most of my time at home, because it makes it easy to monitor her health. While her health is my top priority, the smell from the litter box can sometimes be distracting. Thanks to my Airdog, the odor doesn't bother me at all anymore—in fact, there have been several times I didn't even realize she had used the box until I went to clean it! Airdog has created the best possible environment for both my cat and me to stay healthy together.

The fan has worked well for us and we really like that it is cordless. We did have an issue with the USB connection for the charger and the company responded quickly to a help request and has offered a part replacement

I cannot say enough good things about our Airdog air purifiers. We first heard about Airdog from my sister-in-law, who highly recommended them, and after doing some research, we decided to invest in two X5 units and one X3 for our home. We have an Airdog on each level of the house, upstairs, the main floor, and the basement, and the difference has been incredible. The air feels noticeably fresher, we've seen a significant reduction in dust throughout the house, and odors disappear much faster than they used to. What really impressed me was how well they performed during the Midwest air quality issues caused by the devastating wildfires. While outdoor air quality was poor, it was amazing to watch the Airdog units work continuously to restore and maintain clean air inside our home. Knowing our family had a cleaner, healthier indoor environment during that time gave us tremendous peace of mind. Beyond the performance, I appreciate that the washable collection plates eliminate the need for constantly buying replacement filters. That makes them both cost-effective and environmentally friendly over the long term. If you're looking for an air purifier that actually makes a noticeable difference, I highly recommend Airdog. The combination of fresher air, less dust, fewer odors, and excellent performance during challenging air quality events has made these some of the best purchases we've made for our home. Not to mention their customer service is fantastic! I had a question about my units and received a helpful response in minutes.
