LOTS of money for a TERRIBLE phone…
LOTS of money for a TERRIBLE phone service. They charged us for a 1-year agreement up-front, and have yet, 6-months later, fixed a basic problem. Zoom and even Free Google Voice calls work perfectly. Aircall? Quality problems on multiple devices in and away from the office. Even worst technical support and customer service. Grasshopper, Ring Central, or even 2 cups with a string would be far better alternatives.
