I’ve had the pleasure of working with American Integrity for the last 15+ years and I couldn't be happier with the experience! They definitely care about their customers and have developed multiple products and options to help tailor a plan to meet the specific needs (and budgets) of as many customers as possible. Their Underwriters are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and we’ve been very impressed with the way they handle claims. And on top of all of that, their customer service is top-notch! Sarah Saffold has been a wonderful partner and is always quick to respond to any questions I had (and help with creative solutions, when necessary). No insurance company is perfect, but American Integrity is definitely one of our few top-tier carriers and I highly recommend them!
