We are sorry that you were unaware and item was not available. We show stock status online, but also send out order acknowledgements via email that advise of the product ETA's. Payments are not processed until an order ships, so if you requested a refund, there was nothing to return as you were not charged. If you are still needing to addresses your order, please feel free to email our team at [email protected]. one of our representatives will get back to you within a few hours during normal hours (M-F 9am-5pm CST).
