After a trip to the showroom I picked out my 2 shampoo units and 4 Styling Chairs. I recieved all items timely and we'll packed. Love my new chairs. There was a mistake in the ordering and i recieved the wrong bowls. So very impressed with customer service and they made the trip to get me the correct items. This will be my new go to for salon equipment.

Horrible from the first delivery. Long story short they sent 1 delivery guy for 5 pallets of furniture delivery. My stylists ended up helping. Stations were missing parts, some were damaged, they did send out replacements after multiple pictures and videos. After only a year of use the chairs are breaking. Once I contacted them about this they wouldn’t replace them. I purchased 8. They said they would replace 4 chair tops if I would right a good review on 4 websites for them. So here’s my best review ( trust me I left a lot of bad out) how many of you have been bribed for a “good review”?

Response from AGS BEAUTY· Apr 3, 2019
Dear Lindsey, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We are sorry to hear that you don't like the products ordered from us, however, we do feel that we have to share all the facts about your order - 1. You placed an order with us on Nov 16, 2017, which included 12 chairs with "MOSAIC" chair tops. At that time we did not have enough MOSAIC chairs in stock so we gave you free upgrade of 8 chairs and sent a more expensive version "GRAND MONET" instead. 2. All salon equipment companies use 3rd party freight companies to deliver their products, and we are sorry that your shipment got damaged during the transport and the driver was not helpful. Asking for pictures or video is our standard procedure of handling damaged shipments or defective products, because we are required to document the problems and hold the related parties accountable. We did send out free replacements after such pictures/videos were received and we even sent you a free booster seat as reimbursement for the trouble you had with the shipping company. 3. In Sep 2018, you claimed that 3 chairs were tilting and we couldn't figure out the cause, so we decided to send you 3 new chair tops to replace. You said you wanted 4 so that the chairs match in style and here is a quote from your email - "4 please so at least half of them match and then this case is closed and I will handle any future problems. ". So we both agreed that after these 4 chair tops were sent this case is closed correct (Only 3 chairs were defective and we sent you one extra chair top just to keep the style match)? We honoured our promise by sending you 4 chair tops as requested, and we do not understand how come after 6 months you are writting bad words about us on all review platforms? 4. In our latest correspondence, you said "At this point the only thing you could do would be payoff what I owe on this and I’ll ship it all back. I’ll consider what I’ve paid to be a rental. Not happy with any of the quality. ". Well, your order was shipped in Dec 2017 and the equipment have been in use for more than one year. The resell value of these used equipment will be less than the cost of shipping them back. If I bought an iPhone and I am not happy about it after using it for one year, I wouldn't expect Apple to refund me the money minus the "rental", right? 5. If you have any new issues with the products ordered with us, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to help you solve the problem in accordance with our warranty policy. Regards, AGS Beauty
I’m appreciative of AGS and its willingness to work through an innocent business challenge. With a newer product it was discovered it may not be a fit for certain segments. AGS worked through the scenario frustrations to seek a workable solution. Thank you for hearing me, thank you for the engaged communications, and thank you for supporting our business.

Opening up a new salon in a few weeks and ordered from AGS Beauty. The quality of all the items are top of the line (nice, durable and easy to assemble) I'm sure the clients will be comfortable and pleased with the atmosphere. Also the gentleman that assisted me with my order was very responsive and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend to other business owners.

My mother and I drove from Whittier CA to Portland to pick up this chair. It was a long 16 hour drive and the experience we had at this company was more than pleasant. Everyone there was so informative on their product line, conversational and really took care of us. Great experience!
