I bought the bio syringe in LA. What a Complete waste of money! Absolute rip off

I Love these products for 5 yrs! The night cream is the best. My pertecto light works well on wrinkles. I had to evacuate months ago, I had to go back for my medication & the fireman let me in. You can't think right from lack of sleep... but, I was wondering what else I needed? My light, Perfecto & grabbed it :)) Customer Service, What's that? Mechelle is absolutely a gem, so sweet, helpful, lovely genuine lady to talk to & loves her job. Her joy comes through the Phone. She makes my day/week. I consider her a friend and I love her.

My Kymera wasn't working properly. I called and thankfully Mechelle answered. She is amazing. Gave me some tips as well as sent the return label. I sent it back & hadn't heard anything. I emailed Mechelle, she called me and is sending my new one out. She is so pleasant & helpful! Wish she were cloned and worked at all the customer service positions. She could give lessons!!! Thank you so much

My Kimera stopped working and Mechelle provided me with the best customer service ever. She immediately returned my emails, phoned me and followed through with shipping a replacement. She is very professional, friendly and personable! Thank you, Mechelle!
