The world today is filled with AI of all kinds, especially AI web and app builders. They all promise the same thing: that they can build anything in hours instead of weeks or months. I’ve been freelancing in web development for over 25 years, so naturally I wanted a faster way to build for clients. Like most people, I started trying AI builders—one after another. And yes, they can build very fast. What they produce initially looks great and is often very impressive. The problem starts when you hit an issue. This is something none of these AI builders talk about. The moment something breaks or doesn’t behave as expected, what was almost finished suddenly becomes a waste of time and money. You’re left either starting again or walking away entirely. What made it worse was support. With every AI builder I tried, support was AI-driven as well. You’re told to wait days for a human response. That’s when a simple issue turns into a week-long headache. I tried seven different AI builders, and every single one failed in the same way. A small issue became a big one because the AI didn’t know how to fix it and just looped endlessly, breaking more things along the way. No real human help, just waiting and frustration. That’s how I eventually found AgentUI—and the difference was immediate. The first thing I noticed was the welcome email. It wasn’t auto-generated. It was from the co-founder himself. The email clearly said that if I ever needed help, I could email them directly and get real support. It even mentioned that if I needed something built by a human, they would do it using my credits. Honestly, I thought it was just a sales pitch—until I hit another issue that the AI couldn’t resolve. I emailed support, and before I could even make a coffee, I had a reply telling me not to worry and that everything was already being taken care of. And that’s exactly what happened. The issue was fixed quickly, and I was able to continue building without losing momentum. Since then, I’ve had a few other issues (as you do with any platform), and every single one was handled quickly by real people who actually knew what they were doing. For me, the real question isn’t how fast an AI builder can create something. It’s what happens when something goes wrong. With AgentUI.ai, I don’t worry about that anymore. The support, the people behind the platform, and the way they treat users make this the best AI builder I’ve used—by far. This review is 100% real. I wrote it to share my experience, to explain why this platform stood out from all the others, and to say one simple thing: AI is only as good as the people supporting it—and AgentUI gets that right.
