I was so excited to get started on my new website started. I have been shopping for a while and decided that AgentFire was going to be the best fit for my needs. I followed the streamline tasks to help the developers get a sense of what I was looking for and what I am as a realtor. The website came out looking like a custom website that is easy to navigate and showcases my experiences.

We had an amazing experience working with AgentFire to redesign our website. We were on a tight deadline, needing everything completed in about 1.5 months, and they exceeded our expectations. Their team expedited the process without compromising on quality, delivering a site that looks stunning, runs quickly, and is optimized for SEO. The finished product is professional, user-friendly, and perfectly aligned with our brand. AgentFire's expertise and commitment to excellence made the entire process seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Ivan - our project lead - was particularly a great & communicative lead - who ensured everything met our deadlines. Highly recommend!

The customer service is truly unparalleled, with a support team that's always available to assist. Their quality control systems ensure my online presence is flawless and professional, making sure my brand shines every time a client interacts with me. Agent Fire has truly proven to be a leader in the industry, staying true to every promise they made from the beginning. For those in my city who aren't yet using this powerful tool, thank you—because I’m seeing the results, and it's only going to get better from here! Highly recommend to any Realtor looking to elevate their business to the next level.

OVER PROMISED, UNDER ACHIEVED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO RESPONSE - MONEY TAKEN - SITE NEVER COMPLETED. Left emails, notified the BBB, still no response or resolution from Agent Fire. My site was never completed, and many things were never explained about how to use the application. Information on my site was incorrect and for months it did not get corrected. The items promised were not provided. Then I was ghosted, my money taken, my site shut down, and still no response to my many emails and request for help and resolution. The customer service and negligence is unbelievable. All I asked was that my site be completed, I be trained, and it be working for the time that I paid for but no ..... crickets. It's rude. For over a month the BBB has been asking for a response and resolution....crickets. I'm sure there are probably many other people who have had the same poor experience. No I do not recommend them. Their site and video says you will be completed and online in 10 days.... six weeks later my site was still incorrect. For the first two weeks I received no communication, no updates, no draft nothing. The designer was rude and did the very bare minimum. The chat help desk is one person. Agent fire makes you pay up front for set up and the first month even though the site isn't even started yet. Of all the sites I've used in the past this was a first. My search allowed users to look at all properties but not seperate single family from mobile homes or condos or townhomes. The user would get a list of everything not the custom search they promised on their website and video. When I asked for help with this, they said the features were not available. Several glitches occurred and thier response was, that they would look into it... never providing a resolution or a fix. I have never had such a horrible experience with a real estate website builder before in my career. OVER PROMISED, UNDER ACHIEVED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO RESPONSE - MONEY TAKEN. I do not recommend agent fire. NO CUSTOMER SATISFATION POLICY. NO ESCALATION. NO SUPERVISORS. NO RESPONSE. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

Hey Shacora - I’m Nelson, the owner of AgentFire. I’ve done a very thorough investigation of your experience with AgentFire and I’m very confused. You had signed up on March 14th and received your first draft 7 business days later (after fulfilling all of your requests for changes, here’s a screenshot confirming that: https://tinyurl.com/24onreny. Your site did go live shortly thereafter (here’s a screenshot of the email you sent confirming that: https://tinyurl.com/2d47l68p) and overall it seemed like you were pretty happy. After your site went live, you received emails to book time with our success team, which is generally where we take care of any loose ends and go over how to use our features. If there was anything incorrect on your site, all you had to do was email us. A few months after you signed up, and well after the site was live, you filed a credit card dispute (without any sort of indication or warning as to why?). We provided evidence and won that dispute. We have not received any communication from the BBB but if you feel you were wronged, it is certainly your right to file a complaint. The only confusion I noticed from your communications is that you referenced outdated information about AgentFire packages on a third-party service page that promised delivery within 48 hours - this is a package that we discontinued years ago. In any event, I’ll be the first to acknowledge that we do sometimes make mistakes, but I’m just not seeing that on our end, and frankly all of the communication from you was pleasant and there was no indication that you were even upset before we received the chargebacks. If I’m getting something wrong, please email me at [email protected]. Again, you seem like a pleasant person from all of the communications I reviewed and we have no problem taking accountability and appropriate actions if AgentFire dropped the ball - and so if I’m missing something or you can send me a few screenshots that corroborate anything you’re saying I would be more than happy to review further.
We recently partnered with Agent Fire to create a new website, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Our developer’s design skills are exceptional, and we were fortunate to have him lead such a complex project. His ability to take our communication needs and priorities and turn them into a seamless design and flow is invaluable to any business. Attention to detail is a priority for us, and his focus was right in line with that. Any glitches that arose were handled swiftly, and his problem-solving skills were second to none. He also leveraged the strengths of our marketing team, elevating the content and visuals to the next level. Meetings were easy to schedule, and he was always accessible when needed. Even after our website was live, his customer service went beyond the scope of our contract, ensuring minor issues were quickly resolved. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Agent Fire as our business grows.

After going through several expensive web designers, I could not be more pleased with the product Agent Fire has to offer. It was affordable, intuitive, and they had my website up and running quickly! Not to mention the add ons and support they provide for software for real estate agents is top notch! Would recommend them to any of my colleagues. Peter Gudzic was the designer for our website, and he was amazing!! We are so pleased with the final product.
