We apologize for this inconvenience. Looks like USPS lost the package. I hope you were made it right by issuing a refund.
1. Don’t use USPS , they take to long and packages never arrive in time , I ordered 4 days ago and it just got to the post office , and it’s sitting there waiting for approval 2. Find a better way to track please

Unfortunately, there are things we can't control. USPS is not reliable 100% of the time. But it is important to us to keep low prices.
3 valid credit cards failed to go through. Tried a different name and it said I would be informed of purchase details. I have nit been informed.

I have neuropathy in my feet and noticed that it would get worse after taking your product. So for me, this was a waste of time and money.

So far y'all are very good and fast at taking my money but NOT shipping my product. I don't want to hear about any excuses about the pandemic either. If there was going to be this much a delay on getting my order, you should let people know up front. 😡
