I purchased a photo and had trouble getting the hi-res version, but the sales account representative I worked with went the extra mile to ensure I was able to download the hi-res version of the photo and was happy with the outcome. I would purchase another photo from them in a heartbeat, it's rare to find customer service with as much attention to detail as was given to me for this single photo purchase.
