AGA Rangemaster LimitedReviews of agarangemaster.com

I can heartily recommend Aga Rangemaster's incredible customer service, working together with me to sort out what has unfortunately been a stressful 6 months since my Falcon Deluxe range cooker initially developed a fault with the induction hob. Tracey has been my determined ally in getting the situation rectified - her manner has been professional, but friendly and human, throughout what has ended up quite a complicated process! Compared to the customer service I have experienced from other companies in the past (often when dealing with much less complicated problems), Aga Rangemaster and Tracey in particular, have shown exactly how it should be done. Whilst we all hope for a trouble-free ownership of an appliance, things do crop up, and it is how a company deals with problems when they occur, that shows the quality of the company and its approach to service. I have never felt like a 'problem customer', I have always felt listened to properly, and understood by Tracey, during our many telephone conversations. I have been treated as a valued customer, and a person, never just as a number or a nuisance. I hope that Tracey is justifiably valued for her excellent approach and manner by her managers, as much as by her customers. Thank you Tracey, and the whole Aga Rangemaster customer service team.

I can’t rate the customer service high enough! When an issue came up with our cooker with a different company, Sharon went above and beyond to help us get our order sorted, and did so quickly and efficiently. We are incredibly happy with the rangemaster, and would 100% recommend and use this company again.

We inherited an old Aga in the house we had just bought. The badge paint had melted, so I contacted Aga Rangemaster and they very promptly sent me a replacement badge and within a few days of ordering it, it now is on the oven and looks fantastic. Helen at customer relations was excellent and kept me informed of every step including after delivery- first class service and would recommend Helen and Aga Rangemaster.

We've just had our new Rangemaster cooker delivered and installed... Mark and Paul were excellent and explained everything I need to know to use the new cooker. Nothing was to much of a problem. Excellent service, thank you.

I have been trying to identify my lovely Rangemaster AGA online for weeks (to buy a part it needs). Model number has been cleaned off! In desparation emailed Rangemaster. Within half an hour Charley got back to me to say it's not one of theirs, it's a Leisure! He had gone online for me and found my model and provided all the info. So kind and thoughtful. Service like this makes you keen to purchase from this company! Thanks again Charley.
