Hi Hina, Thanks for writing in, rest assured that we are here to help you out. Checking your order details further, it looks like there were some unexpected fulfillment delays with your order due to the high demand that we are experiencing on certain items especially around Eid time. We do apologize for this shipping and fulfillment delay and we do appreciate your understanding. Your order is still in-transit and currently it is on its way to you, we do expect that your package will deliver within the upcoming week. Additionally, we were unable to find any previously email communication with our support team. Have you tried to email as at [email protected]? To make things right for you, we have reached out to you by email and provided a special discount due to this delay 😊 If the item is no longer needed, please submit a return request once the package is delivered successfully and we will be glad to take it from there.
