William is easy to talk to when it comes to issues logging into your account. However, one of his colleagues hung up on me when she heard my voice. I'm not sure why, but thankfully, when I called again, William was there to help me with my problem!

Elena A, your Rep, was exceptional. She took the time to, patiently, listen to my questions then answer them clearly in a very professional and friendly manner. She is definitely approachable; I was very comfortable working with her as she went above and beyond to ensure that I understand your Plans, and which one was best for my needs. Elena is definitely a super valuable Human Resource to Affordablehousing.com and should definitely be used as a role model for other customer service representatives at your establishment. She is definitely an A+ customer service Rep. WAY TO GO ELENA A, AND THANKS A MILLION FOR YOUR HELP!!!!

Vanessa is the representative I spoke with concerning questions; Vanessa introduced herself upon asking, "How can I assist you today? "; And explained the process to acquire the information needed, as well as, supplying me the resources and additional information according to Affordable Housing policy and procedure. Vanessa is a kind, informative, and patient representative, that deserve more than 5 stars. She deserves a 5 Star wage increases and promotion.
