Management certainly did an excellent job of hiring Kemar Small and Vanessa Vivas. Their attention to detail was superb! I spoke to Vanessa first and went through an inquiry with her. Once she had the information from me, she transferred me to Kemar. He was able to solve my concern with ease. Both are exceptional associates and both deserves a Gold Star!
