I spoke with Elena A, with Customer Support & Client Services. She was Amazing! I totally felt like she cared and was trying to help. Not just there to answer the phone! She gave me advice and recommendations that would only allow me to be more successful in my tenant search. She totally gives affordablehousingcom a good name! She was professional and polite as well as listened to me!! Thanks Elena!

Elena Amado was extremely helpful with the information on Vermont state housing information as well as very prompt in sending the proper documentation for an application for VSH. She was kind, pleasant and also helped me feel comfortable with my participant at my recovery center.

Vanessa was AMAZING and helped guide me through to have a better understanding on what the next steps I have to take. She was very polite and respectful in every way. If I could I'd give her 10 stars. Thank you so much Vanessa and I wish you the best in all your endeavors.

Kemar went above and beyond the call of duty. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He even called me back when there was a bad connection. He resolved my issue with Tech with break neck speed. Kemar is a KEEPER! Thanks Deborah Peterson
