I have been using Affordable Housing for many years. I am generally satisfied by the website and don't really need to contact customer service. Today I needed help and Rick T. was GREAT! I cancelled our premium membership but was charged for another quarter anyway. Rick addressed my needs immediately. He was very pleasant and took the time to actually use name throughout our conversation.... AND HE PRONOUNCED IT CORRECTLY!! :-) Thoroughly impressed! Thanks Rick!
