Affordable Custom EHRReviews of affordablecustomehr.com

In Summer 2024, transitioning from group practice to a solo practice, was challenging and overwhelming. I was used to using eClinicalWorks, a complex, complicated, bloated, and expensive EMR with a monthly cost of $500 per provider with inadequate support. I was looking for a simple, basic and affordable EMR. While searching online, I came across OpenEMR and Sherwin Gaddis. Contrary to other EMR’s, initially, I found OpenEMR to be a basic skeletal of an EMR. With guidance from Sherwin, I was able to customize the OpenEMR for multiple providers along with the simple essential features to document the encounter and process the billing. During my interactions with Sherwin, I have found him to be caring, considerate, selfless, honest, and extremely helpful. Anytime, I have a question, he responds within few hours. He provides relevant input and suggestions but not once tried to sell me anything. Sherwin has been Great! Thank you for everything you do, Sherwin. He is one of a kind caring human being. I wish there was a way to clone Sherwin and install him in every EMR corporate world to make life simple and joyful. Sherwin you are what humanity is all about. Ron A.

We took a huge leap of faith switching our billing company’s software over to Open EMR. Admittedly, it was a bigger endeavor than we could have imagined. Thankfully, Sherwin has guided us every step of the way. He has worked tirelessly to get us migrated over. Could not have picked a better partner to walk us through this process. Sherwin and his team are knowledgeable, resourceful and responsive.

Sherwin and his team have helped us so much over the years to be fully online and keep up with our growing practice as we added clinicians. He is always quick to respond and on top of everything. The beauty of Custom EHR is that he can make it happen for you and customize your forms for your needs. Keep up the awesome work you !

Several years ago, I found myself overwhelmed and desperate when it came to finding an EMR solution. I had been taken advantage of by several organizations, leaving me frustrated and uncertain about the next step. Then, I was referred to a gentleman named Sherwin, who was incredibly supportive. He took the time to understand my needs and worked closely with me to design and create a personalized EMR system. The team at Affordable Custom EHR was amazing—they were there when I needed them most, and their service was exactly what I had been searching for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, custom-built EMR solution.

Wonderful and quite knowledgeable. We love working with Sherwin, time and time again. He’s never let us down and always finds solutions to some of the most complex problems. We love that about him and continue to work with him after many years together.

Our experience with Sherwin over the past several years has been absolutely brilliant. He is always available and very generous with his time. His professionalism is superb and he is very knowledgeable in his field. He is able to find solutions to our concerns in a very short period of time. He lowered his monthly fee for us over the past years and even waived our fees for several months. Without a doubt Sherwin has been one of the nicest, kind, generous, and professional person I have the pleasure of working with in the last 10 years. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Outstanding service and commitment. Easy to engage with and get results.
