Our goals are simple, and our logic is based on a few simple guidelines:#1 - The definition of the word "value" can be boiled down to: "You get what you pay for."#2 - "If it's not broke, don't fix it" or, in other words: We don't try to fix problems that aren't worth the cost of the solution - no gimmicks for profit.#3 - "Perfection is to be strived for, but only integrity is ever achieved" - Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone chooses to accept, and resolve it. We can't pretend to be perfect, or to be the best, but we stand behind our work, communicate with our customers, and proceed accordingly.By keeping our prices affordable, buying from American suppliers, and limiting outsourced labor to local, handpicked businesses - we sacrifice profit, but gain much more in satisfaction, and quality.
