AFCULTURESReviews of afcultures.com

The product is advertised as 12 inches and that dimension is used as the largest length of one side of the sign. After receiving the item, I measured myself to find that the largest diameter of the sign was barely 10 inches. While it looks incredible, the dimensions are horribly advertised. Awaiting some sort of customer support for answers.

When we got our piece of art it was wrapper up with shrink wrap. It took 10 mins just to get it out. NOT COMPLAINING that I’d just how well it was wrapped. Not a scratch or blemish on metal. Piece was amazingly finished. Could not b happier. 5+ STARS

I was looking for something special and different for my significant other for Xmas. I didn’t receive it until after Xmas . I emailed them and got very quick response from them. When it showed up my man was so impressed with it and loved it now hangs in are newly built garage that we detail cars and we do light mechanical work out of . It hangs up above the door and lights right up. I will definitely order more . And are friends love it too. Thank you Afcultures.😊

Your products are top notch this is my 4th purchase .I had a problem with delivery on this order , bur that was on UPS , not you . You guys were great and rectified the situation . I got it in time for my daughter's birthday. She's gonna absolutely love it.

I ordered a custom game sign (in the shape of an Xbox controller ) for my son it was about 18 inches made out of a nice heavy weight hi grade aluminum, neon lights lace the background with Dane the gamer its tag name It is incredible. Customer service emailed me right back with some updates on ETA is etc. It was packed perfectly and neat, everything works I couldn’t be happier. If you’re even considering getting something from these guys I would do it you won’t be sorry these guys are legit! There’s a lot of phony people out there promising What these guys can offer and just taking your money but these guys are legit!

Scam. Go ahead, give em money. You don't get a product. No no, go ahead, maybe you'll get what you paid for smh. Idk how they're allowed to operate

I ordered a metal sign on Dec. 6, 2022. After hearing nothing for nearly two weeks, I emailed customer service and asked for an update. They advised that the order would be shipped "very soon" but could not be cancelled because it was a custom order. It was a pretty stock sign, no custom work done on it. The sign finally showed up on Dec. 30. The site had claimed it could be shipped before Christmas, now I have to ship it again. The customer service does not care- they take your money and then your at their mercy. If customer service had treated me better, I probably would have chocked this up to an international purchase. However, when contacted, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Avoid this company, they do not do business in an ethical way.

I ordered a personalized sign from them as a Christmas gift. It was to come with LED lights. When received, the lights did not work. I contacted them and after 14 emails, including a video of my product ( per their request) a picture of their product from their website ( they didn’t know what I ordered, even with my order number) and a simple request for the remote, I was given a link for Amazon and the LED lights they use. I was asked to buy them and replace myself! If you see how involved this is, it’s a ridiculous request. Unacceptable from any reputable company. I spent a lot for this item. I’ll never buy from them again.
