This feature helps us upsell and provide spend promotions, improving our customer service. Issue: Low brand recognition... Customers often say they don't use the service, because they don't trust it.

The ease of use once set up, no fees, reliability, however the setup process is not as streamline and doesn't have all banking options available for use.
