Aegis TravelReviews of aegistravel.com

Aegis Travel made searching for cheaper flights easy. I was skeptical with calling and using their services at first because I had never heard of them, but I took my chances and prices were much less than I was expecting to pay. George was quick at answering my emails and handled my concerns in a timely manner. Well recommend.

Ryan was very helpful and made the whole process very easy!

Very good service.

My experience for the very first time with Aegis Travel was great. I would recommend Aegis to anyone needs an excellent Travel Agent. Radley is great!

Radley...if you lose him, you will lose stars. I run a Global Customer Service Department, have previously worked aboard cruiseships for 10+ years, my life has always been about people. Customer service is not a department, it's an attitude. Radley created a beautiful customer service experience, and now you'll always have me as a customer. Thank you, Debby

Very accommodating staff(Ryan).

Radley was wonderful! He was most patient with all my questions and concerns over booking online. He even told me to check the better business bureau page as well as the airline page we were booking on! Can't beat the assistance and price! Seat assignments were also gotten as we wanted. Will definitely use again when we need to book!

I just confirmed our family’s travel seating arrangement with Radley and he was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and requests. It has been such a pleasant experience dealing with Aegis Travel. Thank you!
