Slow Ticket Support
Performance is good, but the ticket wait is so long, i waited about 4 hours and still didn't get a response, I use their KVM for my customers and i ran out of storage then i asked to increase my storage in ticket with "Critical Issues" thinking i would get a response fast but no it didn't it's the same as the normal tickets, and it's been 4 hours since i created the ticket and my customers is mad, not recommended

Hello, We clearly advertise the storage limits for all of our VPS's on our website. A ticket like that requires our sales department, as you require an increase in specifications or an upgrade of your VPS. The "Critical Issues" department is also more meant for issues where the server is offline due to problems from our side, not for storage increases or VPS upgrades. In the future, if you estimate that you are going to run out of VPS storage of capacity, we would recommend opening a ticket ~1 day beforehand so that we can take a look at the request and present you with some options. Sales tickets take time to process, they are not immediate. Thank you!
