Lost all my data in brazil server

Lost all my data in brazil server. Wont recommend this company. Very poor support, many issues with network. ----------------------------------------------- After posting here, they give my money back and a credit to use. Seems the support is better now. I would recommend this company again. I'm using their service and seems to be working fine.

Hello, Thank you for your review! We noticed that you mentioned an experience with our Brazil location in December 2023. However, I’d like to clarify that we retired our Brazil location almost a year ago, and we could not locate your client account based on your TrustPilot username. Over the past year, we’ve made significant improvements to our services. We now own all our hardware, network infrastructure, and rack space, rather than relying on third-party providers. This shift has greatly enhanced the quality and reliability of our offerings. Our servers now utilize high-end AMD EPYC processors with Gen4 enterprise NVMe SSDs—the same caliber of hardware used by leading cloud computing companies. Additionally, each location is equipped with backup hardware to ensure smooth operations in the event of any failure. The challenges we faced in Brazil arose when we were still renting older Xeon-based servers with lower-end SSDs from one of the region’s largest hosting providers. Despite our best efforts, there were unforeseen issues, which is why we decided to stop new orders and eventually retire the location. These past experiences have driven us to take full control of our hardware and networks, providing better service and stability to our customers moving forward. If you had a genuine experience with our Brazil location, we’d love the chance to make things right. As a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to offer you $300 in Advin Servers account credit. These issues are now far behind us, and even the biggest cloud providers occasionally encounter challenges—we’ve learned from ours and are committed to delivering exceptional service going forward. We aim to respond to most support inquiries within a few hours, and we’d be delighted to assist you with any questions or concerns. Update: We’re glad to see you’ve accepted the $300 credit. Thank you for giving us another chance! We look forward to providing you with a great experience this time.
