The handle did not screw in well nor was the broom part flexible..I was truly disappointed

It was a challenge to connect the head to the handle but, the brush is as advertised. It should been the challenge for easier cleaning.

I actually received these items...I've had some bad experiences from other sellers not in US and they said they sent my orders but I never received them and they sent me messages stating the I picked the items up at my PO but I never received them so YES this experience with the advantageouse.com was excellent! Thank you.
